Ingredients

cucumbers diced

tomato chopped

red onion minced

capers

prawns

lemon juice

dash oil (if any)

croutons (cubed toasted bagels)

Directions

Mix cucumbers, tomato, onion and capers with prawns.

Dress with lemon juice, oil (if any).

Add croutons.
